SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pawkin Pet. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We offer shipping to the countries and regions available at checkout, including the United Kingdom. Availability may depend on the delivery address and product.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard shipping is free for orders to available destinations. Shipping options and availability are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery estimates vary by destination and product. Where available, the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, high seasonal volumes, or customs clearance processes beyond our control.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Pawkin Pet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, import duties, taxes, etc.).
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout. Pawkin Pet is not responsible for lost packages or the cost of re-shipping if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
